Come explore our new line up of fitness classes for all ages and levels! Starting our new line of fitness classes is our Kids in Motion program for ages 6-10. As a parent, you know how important it is for your children to exercise. The problem is the words “fitness” or “exercise” scares people. So, how do you make a crucial habit to living a happier and healthier life not scary?! We’ve spent a lot of time on this topic and have created a 4-week program for students 6-10 where they “exercise” without even realizing it!
Kids in Motion is a program built to do exactly what the name implies... Move their bodies! Movement is the key to exercise. Running, jumping, crawling and climbing are all examples of movements that will develop strength, endurance and body awareness. These movements will be disguised in fun games and activities in a fun and safe environment lead by our great team of coaches! We want to keep this fun and a positive experience. Exercising should be fun and we’re here to help develop healthy habits for our younger generations!
Our second program for our new line of fitness classes is our Kids Fit Camp! Kids Fit Camp is for ages 8-12 that want to take their exercise to the next level. This program is created to bring awareness of key exercises and to learn and execute them properly then to finish with a fun team challenge. Your children will leave learning key foundational exercises they can practice at home, a little fatigued after engaging in activities that challenge one’s body and mind to grow stronger and leave with a smile after fun team game!
Our intermediate program Kids Fit Camp teaches the importance of a proper warm-up. Coaches explain the importance and exercises that get your body ready to move! Once you are ready to go, we focus on key compound exercises you use on a daily basis. Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts, Pushups and so much more will be taught with proper technique and challenged so that these exercises become stronger. We know that with exercising and becoming healthier and stronger comes confidence, self-esteem, better work ethic, improved sleep and so much more. We’re here to provide you with a program that makes a difference in their lives. Kids Fit Camp will focus on those key exercises, but it’s not all work and no play… we’re going to set up a team challenge at the end of each class where teams will compete to be the champions!
Lastly, TGA Athletics will be for those looking to increase their athletic abilities. Are you training for something? Do you have a favorite sport you’d like to improve, or do you want to be ready for your school’s fitness test? We’re here to help get you ready for any goal you may have! For ages 10+ whether you are off season for a sport or just want to improve your athleticism, this is the program for you! Classes dive into a fast-paced dynamic warm-up prepping their body for a series of speed, agility and quickness exercises. Learn from our coaches about proper footwork, body positioning and its balance during movement which will enhance abilities in any sport. Looking to improve? TGA Athletics is for you!
TGA is bringing you an all new fitness program this November
Geared for the little athletes (ages 8-12) wanting to channel their inner athlete. TGA is going to test and improve your skills on the field with educational drills and exercises that are used by the top pro's today!
What will you improve..
Join us on Wednesdays at 4:30pm starting 11/4 at Knights Play in Apex.
Students in this class will improve their performance in any sport they play. Classes consist of a dynamic group warm-up, station-based drills and challenges and finish with fun games!
